Serendipity Arts Festival: One of Goa’s premier festivals in its fourth edition continues for another two days, last day Sunday. If you haven’t already done so catch the smorgasbord of over 100 thought provoking projects and exhibitions showcasing visual, performing and culinary arts at various venues in Panaji. Venue: Old Goa Institute for Management, Ribandar; Old PWD Complex, Panaji; Santa Monica Jetty, Children’s Park, Adil Shah Palace, Big Black Box at old GMC-INOX courtyard; SAG grounds in the evening. Date: Ongoing till Sunday, Dec22.

Winter Festival: Social and cultural association Alegria in collaboration with CCP, Art & Culture Department and Goa Tourism is organizing a three day Christmas wonderland festival of entertainment, band music, carol singing, food stalls, games for children, plus, plus. Venue: Garcia de Orta Municipal Garden, Panaji. Date: Saturday/Sunday/Monday, Dec 21 to 23. Time: 6pm onwards.

BOOKS
‘A Journey Within’ by William Dalrymple: The book will be released by acclaimed artist Olivia Frazer following which there will be an interaction with the author and art historian William Dalrymple. This is an event hosted by Dipti and Dattaraj Salgaocar. Venue: Sunaparanta Goa Centre for the Arts, Altinho, Panaji. Date: Sunday/Dec22. Time: 6.30pm

Gala Santa Run: The Grand Hyatt Goa in association with a group of Harley –Davidson owners in Goa has organised this special run through the roads of Panaji, Old Goa, Dona Paula and Bambolim. The riders will be attired in Santa costumes and at the end of the run will join children from special homes for a party like no other afterwards. Join in if you wish! Venue: Grand Hyatt Goa, Bambolim. Date: Sunday/Dec 22. Time: 9:30 am onwards to 11.30am.

Farmers Market: This is the Christmas edition. Find homemade goodies for Christmas here, sweets, wines, gifts, décor, beautiful objet d’art, novelties, plus pick up new skills participating in workshops, join in the carol singing. Venue: GPS Sports Club, Margao. Date: Saturday/Dec21. Time: 3pm to 10pm
