MY favourite person to listen to increasingly is definitely someone I’ve featured here sometimes and again this week. Who else but the so very through-provoking Email inventor, MIT PhD scientist, engineer and now candidate running for the US president’s post — Dr Shiva Ayyadurai (yes, the same who was born in a toddy tapper family in the deep south of Tamilnadu at the bottom of the rung of the Indian caste system, let’s say his loving parents took him out to the USA to give him a chance with education and presumably escape the killer oppressive corruption which still prevails in Indai).
Funny or not funny, for some years now I used to go to sleep and wake up listening to Ayyadurai talking in his social media talks-cum-videos about a movement he patented as TruthFreedomHealth movement which millions are following like me around the world. I’ve never seen such a successful campaign online and this one is very well organized, winning more and more admirers, fans and students to take up his system science courses to get a perspective on life – I would say ways of thinking along fool-proof scientific ways which and only help the change the world for the better so that we see bottoms up development and not the top-heavyweight stuff we see today which just crushes and pushes the real working classes against walls and into corners in terrible situations…it’s sincerely a case of get educated with Dr Shiva Ayyadurai regardless of he is voted in as president of the USA next or not.
If I were living in the USA like my sister No3 is, I would vote for him! Ayyadurai’s talks are arresting in the best sense of the word and even in India I would say we need to listen to his latest talk on how one of the presidential candidates presumable – Bobby Kennedy (from the famous Kennedy family of America) tells an interviewer something like “Personal integrity and public integrity are two different things…”In a nutshell it means if you are part of the wealthy, privileged classes in society, or the upper echelons of lying, looting, hypocritical use and abuse government…it’s okay. As long as you have enough wealth to hire media apologists and publicists to whitewash your image till you appear as a saintly in your besotted voters’ eyes! Voters may be briefed on a politician’s venal and criminal so called private lifestyle but they are brainwashed into perceiving him or her as a hero or a saint or a great guy who has been badly treated…
Well, what have you to say to that? To us in India it sounds like very familiar political scenarios – see the political dynastic fights which go on in every state when family members fall out over matters of who should be in a position to harvest “power, profit and control” (to use one of Ayyadurai’s favourite descriptions) forever and forever! Political power around the world has become about power, profit and control in which obvious and more so not so obvious establishments make nonsense of democracy or the naïve people’s democratic rights even in the mother of all democracies which is perceived to be in USA and not India as our Prime Minister Narendra Modi & his private limited company imagines.
Dr Shiva Ayyadurai has the guts on the powerful spokespersons for immorality in private, “morality” in public and he doesn’t mince words speaking about the Kennedy family, Donald Trump with his gold toilet bowls, the Clintons, the Obamas, the already compromised media barons of America…he drags out the personal linen of yesteryear and present day politicians we may be familiar with if we have blue card holding relatives living in the USA or travel west frequently. In any case everybody around the world watches how American politics works along use and abuse of political relationships, how USA politicians fixes other nations be they be China or Russia or the Middle Eastern countries. Etcetera. History is something all of should study if we don’t want to be a party to repeats!
MOST everything this Dr Shiva Ayyadurai says is worth thinking over for our times. He says we may think of one another as resisters or fence-sitters or the 20% who care or give a damn about what is happening around us to make our lives difficult to live in honesty, in freedom and health, those of us who live at the bottom of the rungs of society we pine to climb up – for what? To be like John F Kennedy or Bobby or Teddy or any other Kennedy family member? Or Donald Trump, or even the current president of USA, Joe Biden – take a close look at their private lives and you will be shocked. If there is no personal integrity in anyone’s life no matter how high up there, can there be any public integrity when they hold positions of power, profit and control in government establishments?
Politics in USA (or India and elsewhere) has become a sorry theatre or games the rich and powerful play to serve their own interests, who pays the price down the line is of little concern to them…don’t take his word for it, see for yourself whose words match deeds, who walks the talk, who says one thing and does another, go take a look at their history, America is full of U-turners (as much as India is), can we really trust politicians of today or the incestuous politics they thrive on at the cost of the people’s infrastructure falling apart more and more?
All this and much more which is so relevant to us all around the world today! Says Dr Shiva Ayyadurai, “I believe private integrity and public integrity matters…” For we are the reflections here, should we be raising the state of consciousness of people in USA or any other country around the world, or muzzling it till we are so blinded by the public relations brainwashing us that we can no longer see who’s genuinely a hero or a just a moneybags criminal?
Catch up with this Dr Shiva Ayyadurai on social media, you need to listen to him and join him in his fight till eventually we do have a better world – even if we have to be the moral revolution he is hoping to inspire with his TruthFreedomHealth movement, creating a new breed of educated leaders who see through the farce and fantasy of today’s times, robbing us of everything we once considered sacred and the right thing to do in good times and bad times.
Stop being fat, dumb and happy! So my favourite person right now in the world keeps urging his growing band of followers. Instead of saying, What to do, what to do…instead say, “Shit, I got to do something!” For it is your life which is at stake…another favourite Ayyadurai line is, Take your head out of your arse! I can’t make up my mind about whether he is more American or Indian anymore, he comes across as more American – of course working class American who earned his top-notch credentials through hard work despite all the discrimination coming his way. It is truly a story of Indian American David versus the American Goliath political machine, altogether an amazing and fascinating fight is going on as Americans go to polls anew next year.
Needless to say Shiva Ayyadurai’s TruthFreedomHealth movement has caught fire and is providing the fuel for some very real inspiration to millions of his listeners and followers around the world, and one may see them coming alive online as well as at ground level – to take stock of how our world is being manipulated by a bunch of venal sinners/criminals pretending to be saints with their justifications or so to speak.
