IT’S BEEN run-down to so many horror stories this week culminating in the AI Boeing Dreamliner crash which killed 245 in the Ahmedabad crash within a minute of takeoff. Everybody in the media is talking back and forth trying to pin the blame on the crew and everything else with no focus on cover-ups underway near and far!
Then came the bombing of Israel by Iran and hell’s devils let loose for here we’re talking of the much disliked Jewish people, disliked cordially through the ages for whatever reasons, although it’s their militant Zionist hardliners who are being cursed all around currently…Jewish, Israel and so called American is woven together as warp and waft or so to speak. This Israel-Palestine history is possibly the most known history in the world today although if you’re asking me it’s tedious fratricidal warfare.
I have quite a few Jewish Israel friends. Running away from some persecution or another the Jews much like the Parsis and the Tibetans came seeking refuge and peaceful living, and many took to being half-Indian in their ways of living. Interesting histories, go read up. For a moment I feel like we’re almost living in the heydays of Roman tyranny today with so many historical flashbacks churning over social media these days.
Learning is such an instant process nowadays, it’s like we don’t even get shell-shocked anymore! So blunted is our conscience by the deadly warfare going on in the Middle East despite knowing in our heart of heart that it will impact us in the shorter or longer run for the world is global now – one nuclear bomb will also impact the air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat as we succumb to death quickly or slowly. Who’s more guilty, who’s more innocent – endless discussions.
Coming closer to our times post-Covid19 pandemic and close-downs and continuing deaths…we learn how much manipulation has been going on around the world for a so called ONE world. However, from the looks and sound of it the good earth will give up its ghost but the world will never change – it will remain constantly in a state of flux moving from good to bad to worse and vice versa.
Since I have a sister and several cousins from Gujarat settled in USA and a few dear friends, I take an interest in so called “American” politics because it has been fixing the history of the rest of the world since world war 11, kind of taking over or adding to the erstwhile British and European colonial depredations across the rest of the world…and so we have today’s world still seeking vengeance against one another for real or perceived wrongs. And of course the same old desire for “power, profit and control” which is so well defined and detailed by one of USA’s finer voices in the Massachusetts-based Dr Shiva Ayyadurai (MIT, PhD, inventor of Email, founder of TruthFreedomHealth movement worldwide) along with a few others, names I’m getting familiar with – say Bernie Sanders, The People’s Union USA voice of “onecalledjai” which is calling for all kinds of boycotts of corporate millionaires, billionaires, trillionaires and their business houses (e.g. Walmarts), there’s the crystal clear Politics Girl and a host of others.
A favorite of mine is also the tech businessman Elon Musk with his myriad ways of thinking to stay alive, one of them being going to Mars and make humankind interplanetary travelers in some distant point of time, before the earth turns into a fireball…we know he’s as much loved and hated by his detractors but I find him endlessly thought-provoking with his brand of “rich man, poor man, dead man” personae, whatever that means. He has many children to worry about given his high-powered, much talked about social lifestyle.
HEY, I’ve become a fan of his mother Maye Musk who incidentally and few know this perhaps, was in India a month ago in Delhi and Mumbai for the release of her book “A Woman Makes a Plan” — a memoir of her tough life and times as a Canadian resident married to the South African Errol Musk (from whom she had to escape with three children because of atrocious abuse) – in fact she was here to release the Hindi edition of her book, “Jab Aurat Sochti Hai.” It’s published by Rajkamal Prakashan and available for Purchase on Amazon India.
Needless to here’s an icon of beauty, grace, with a keen sense of self-preservation for in her 70s she looks like a regal woman; somewhere in an interview Maye Musk shares that her father used to have posture competitions and the competitors had to walk up and down their courtyard with their backs straight! Minding one’s posture at all times was all about staying fit, something like that. There’s a whole lot to Maye Musk and I’m looking for her book…accompanying her was her other son Kimbal Musk and guess who did the honors of showing them around, Jacqueline Fernandez of Bollywood fame! The book release took place at the St Regis Mumbai and reportedly Maye Musk visited the Siddhivinayak temple to offer prayers. It was also her 77th birthday which she celebrated with friends.
WELL, this is to say for a while there it looked like Liberty had fled the US of A but now I’m beginning to think she’s returned and it’s kind of marvelous to see how there’s such a groundswell of anti-Donald Trump realpolitiks (with the world’s foremost country playing dirty and inviting wrath upon itself too judging by the latest news of Iran bombing Israel, for dreaming of turning the Gaza strip into an Israeli riveira — over the bodies of thousands of Palestinian dead, a veritable coldblooded genocide, no less.
The question arises is USA-Israel combo turning into a Nazi-time Germany? I have no brief for either side, Jewish or Christian or Islam, as far as I can see this is a fratricidal warfare because it is so easy to carry out wars in modern times sitting with hi tech tools in remote safe spaces….we’re seeing the horrific boom boom fires exploding over Gaza, Iran and now finally Israel. If someone drops of a nuclear bomb we’ll see a round of death all around near and far. I hope it doesn’t happen but I will say start thinking of what you will do to protect yourself and yours in case of a nuclear disaster in the Middle East…it’s all so sickening I don’t even want to think about it, which is of course an ostrich’s attitude!
