CURRENTLY in Goa and other places we are going through very anxiety-filled, turbulent times courtesy the coronavirus pandemic. Find all this information useful, it’s not just for reading but also for practicing to stay alive and kicking!
Here is some crucial information from health professionals in case you suffer from covid-19 symptoms. Please note that symptoms come from the third day after infection (viral symptoms).
1st Phase: Body pain, eye pain, headache, vomiting, diarrhea, runny nose or nasal congestion, decomposition, burning eyes, burning when urinating, feeling feverish, scuffed throat (sore throat).
Note: It is very important to count the days of symptoms from first, second and third day. Take action before the onset of fever. Be careful but is definitely helps to drink reasonably hot fluids, especially purified water. Drink enough water to keep your throat moist and to help clear your lungs.
2nd phase (from 4th to 8th day): Loss of taste and/or smell, fatigue with minimal effort, chest pain (rib cage), tightening of the chest, pain in the lower back (the kidney area).
Note: The virus attacks nerve endings. The difference between fatigue and shortness of breath is lack of air when the person is sitting – without making any effort – and is out of breath; fatigue is when the person moves around to do something simple and feels tired. Invest in good hydration and vitamin C drinks (lemons, oranges, fresh cashew apple juice neero is very rich in vitamin C). Covid-19 binds oxygen so the quality of the blood is poor, with less oxygen.
3rd phase: Day 9 is the healing phase which begins and can last till day 14 (convalescence). The idea is not to delay treatment, the sooner, the better.
Note: It better to observe these recommendations, prevention is never too much.

  • Sit in the sun for 15-20 minutes. Rest and sleep for at least 7-8 hours
  • Drink one and half liters of water every day
  • All food should be hot (not cold)
    Keep in mind that the pH of the coronavirus ranges from 5.5 to 8.5. So all we have to do to eliminate the virus is to eat more alkaline and alkalinizing foods above the acid level of the virus. That’s why it is very important to do steam inhalation which reaches the back of your para-nasal sinuss. You have to kill this virus in the nose with steam. At 50deg C this virus becomes disabled i.e. paralyzed. At60deg C this virus becomes so weak that any human immunity system can fight against it. At 70degC this virus dies completely. This is what steam does. Be cautious when handling steam and do not over steam or over heat if you cannot tolerate it. Do not indulge in steam inhalation under duress or without supervision if you have the slightest doubts about doing it on your own. The idea is to do safe steam inhalation once or twice a day, morning and night, the best thing you can do is invest in one of the good steam inhalation equipment available at a chemist’s shop.
