GAS CYLINDER, NO SENIOR CITIZEN SERVICE!
THE Calangute gas cylinder distributor must visit senior citizens for KYC. Senior citizens in Goa can complete HP Gas eKYC at home using the HP Pay app by performing face-authentication via the Aadhaar Face RD app, eliminating the need to visit an office. The process requires an Aadhaar-linked phone number and one can also request help from local distributor for a home visit, as only unauthenticated customers need this check. Because most senior citizens may not have their mobile numbers. So the question of installing the HP Pay app and Aadhaar Face RD app from Playstore due to lack of knowledge and mobile numbers with the senior citizens who are unable to walk and are ill.
Face authentication on the Aadhaar Face RD app to scan the senior citizen’s face to complete the verification is only possible for gas agency personnel. That is the only alternative. One consumer, Meera Balchandra Parsekar, who is on complete rest, needs Calangute HP agency’s assistance for in person home verification for gas cylinder since 10 years as she lost the gas card. At present she has duplicate from agency for Calangute, due to non-verification she is unable to get gas cylinder. Can I request Manguesh Datta Shet Teli & Sons distributor to send a personnel for her KYC or personal verification or whatever.
Yes, it will be ensured that the senior citizen has Aadhaar card ready. And the cylinder be delivered her at home when she needed. Every senior citizen must get this cylinder delivery service in case needed. This request shall be communicated to PM Modi. The distributor can send me appointment on email – samejb@gmail.com for confirmation.
