The ecosystem and culture of DBHS is all round development to produce well-grounded and discipled youth that will serve Goa, India and world humanity. All the talents would be tested and tapped.
DBHS Panjim is Blessed with large open grounds and football is naturally the Sport No 1. DBHS Panjim has produced many football players who have excelled. Played for the School , DB Oratory , state of Goa and a few for India.
The various football grounds where DBHS students and players played were many. These include:

— St Inez near the Fire Brigade where now there are buildings constructed

DBHS had talented football players some of whom became professional players. Others were amateurs, and still others football lovers and spectators.
I loved and played football in DBHS till 1975. Once I joined Dhempe College of Arts & Science, Miramar I gave up football to concentrate on my academic studies.
God gives some talents to some and other talents to the others .
